Automatic Fire Detection and Suppression System (AFDSS/FSS) is a device which can able to automatically detects and controls the fire in various fire-prone zones such as engine compartment, exhaust, battery box, transmission of the vehicle. Thereby reducing the vehicle’s damage due to fire to a greater extent. Special heat sensing cables were used which will give signal to the controller whenever it senses the existence of fire. The controller will automatically trigger the fire extinguisher and suppress the fire completely. Manual trigger switch is provided in the system, in case of emergency operator can manually activate the fire extinguisher.
